Booth Assignment: The promoter will assign
booth space in accordance with the priority of date of receipt
at the promoters’ offices. Any conflicts in assignments
will be addressed by a special committee. All applications
must be accompanied by the required payment. No phone reservations
will be taken with out a credit card to secure the deposit.
In the event an applicant’s choices have been previously
assigned, the promoter will attempt to phone the exhibitor
to discuss which booths are still available. If the promoter
is unable to connect by phone, the promoter will assign booth
space to the applicant.
Promoter reserves the right to assign or reassign booth space
so the arrangement of the exhibit is to the best interest
of the visitors and the exhibitors.
Booth Space Rent: the Rent for each booth
is specified on the exhibit space floor plan and on the rental
contract. Full payment is due by Feb. 19th, 2010
Standard Draped booth: A standard draped
booth is furnished to those exhibitors who do not construct,
own or rent their own display. The standard booth consists
of:
1. Draped back wall, 8’ in height
2. Draped side wall, 38” in height, full depth
Reduction in booth space rented: In the event
an applicant finds it nessary to request a reduction in the
number of booths needed, the promoter will honor such requests,
subject to the following reduction fees, providing that the
applicant has not canceled entirely:
(a) If prior to January 1, 2010, 25% of the total booth rental
for each booth reduced or $100.00 per booth which ever is
greater, will be retained by the promoter as reduction fees.
(b) After January 1, 2010, but before February 15, 2010 the
promoter will attempt to honor a request for reduced booth
space, and if successful, will refund to the applicant 50%
of the total booth rental for each booth reduced, as long
as the exhibitor does not cancel.
Cancellation and withdrawal: Any applicant
who cancels or with drawls for the exhibit is subject to paying
the entire rent for the assigned space which will be retained
by the promoter as cancellation fees.
Subletting booth space: No applicant shall
assign, sublet, or apportion the whole or any part of the
space allotted or display equipment or materials from other
than his own firm or joint applicant is said space without
the consent of the sponsor.
$400.00 - Booth cost (per 10'x10' space)
$800.00 - Booth cost (per 10'x20' space)
$100.00 Deposit per booth
All booths are sold in 10’x10’ increments. Larger
booth space is available on a limited availability - contact
the promoter.
